Lead Gen & CRM’s custom forms offer TLS Digital Media’s clients complete flexibility over the information they need to gather from leads and also ensure leads have a seamless online experience.
Where do I create a form?
Once you have created the custom fields you would like for your form, head to the main menu on the left-hand side and select “Forms”
Drag and drop your custom forms in the order you want, mark as mandatory those fields which you absolutely need completed (i.e. first name, last name, email, etc.)
Where to see form submissions – individual responses
You can view an individual’s form submission in their Life of the Lead.
Why does TLS Digital Media consider form customisation important?
Internal processes are as important as lead generation. If your lead selects Path A, then the team members responsible for that segment of clients should know that all the information relating to that path is available to them.
From a client’s perspective, keeping the form simple but with the option to give more detail lets them know that you want to understand them as best as possible before opening dialogue. It saves them (and you) time, thereby improving their experience with you and leading to higher chances of conversion.

Where to see form submissions – overall
The Forms homepage gives you a bird’s eye view of all your forms and submissions, individually and over time. You can set the date range to get a longer- or shorter-term view depending on your query.
